The Budman speaks
Hi everyone,
I feel that I owe you all an explanation of my dissapearance and silence. On February 16th I checked into an Alcohol Rehabilatation Center. I no longer have internet access and I am currently typing this at a public library. I will be in this treatment program for 4 months.
It is true that no one loved his Porsche more than me but I think that was part of the problem. I neglected my wife and kids and put this car above the most important people in my life. I also have spent way too much money on this car without my wife's consent.
I hope one day to own another Porsche when the time is right and with the blessing of my wife who has stood by my side through thick and thin.
I have spoken to a few people personally from the list Ken (KPV) and Todd at Evo. They can verify that this is indeed the Budman and not Mrs. G.
I have enjoyed getting to know alot of you and you all have amazing cars. Just remember to put things in the right priority in your life. God and family have to come first.

Best of luck to you Buddy!!! I too had similar issues with alcohol and some other funny weed substance. It took a road stop for me to admit my problem last May. I have been clean ever since and do follow the 12 steps. Best of luck to you and my prayers are with you. I sure hope to see you back in a Porsche one day. Kindest regards,

Great to hear from you Buddy! I think a lot us take things for granted and am happy to hear you are taking the appropriate steps to get your personal life in order.

Glad to know you are fine and getting help. Thanks for reminding me how important life really is and how easy it is to lose sight of what truly is important. I'm sure some day once you're alot stronger, that a shiny new Porsche will appear in your driveway for you to enjoy again. Hang in there.....

Sorry to hear about your troubles but it sounds like you are on the right track and I'm sure you'll come out on top. I wish you the best of luck man, I really do. Buddy I'm glad your OK................. sometimes u need to take a step back and put things in perspective.................... We only met once and had a fun time and you seem like a great guy, it's great your taking care of yourself and your family

I liked you before, but I think far more highly of you now. You have been able to admit your mistakes but more important recognize them and have the will power do something about them. You have the ability to recognize what is truly important and overcome.
