Id take my car to Paddock or ICS long before it would EVER make its way to Deman.
The motor only lasts for 75 hours prior to needing a rebuild. Yes, he said money is no option, but is the downtime acceptable as well every 75 hours?

If you know Ken, you know Paddock is purely something for him to enjoy as he is already set $$ wise from previous employment. It is this that makes me appreciate the shop and his devotion even more: my kind of playground!

Loren is making 860 RWHP with GT25 turbos at 1.35 bar. He can make north of 1000 rwhp with GT28 or GT30 turbos.

Markski,
I never asked Loren what wheels he is using. I must admit that I was surprised that he could get 860 RWHP out of standard GT25s, even with individual TBs and everything else he has done (thats greater than what Garrett shows as the maximum attainable power for those turbos). Therefore, your clarification that he is using larger wheels in GT25 housings makes sense.

Turbos: custom garrett GT35r with 76 mm compressors. direct drivers for bigger injectors... etc.
this will bring you to 1100 rwhp at 1.5 bars.

Money no object and requirement is to run 9s at 160+ MPH?
Gut the car down to 2800 lbs, back halve it with a four link and Ford 9", fit up 33"x17" slicks. All you will then need is the well documented GT30R conversion (no fancy engine work or R&D required).
When you cut a 1.3x short time you don't need 1200 rwhp.
