that's an RS Tuning built car from Europe. I've seen many pix of it and running H&R coil overs etc... at the ring in Germany. That along with the EDO car are pretty insane...

notice how the bumper isn't there anymore in the rear? Real race car...

Maybe the tunner didn't get a around to finishing it
Maybe they promised a bumper and it just never showed up
Who knows

Spencer is infamous around these parts
Love the GT1 "look" ducktail at the rear... and those headlights are hot. I'd love to see some black housing projectors for 996TT's.

Keep it "real" and incorporate the duct tape as well....
