We had to pull out of German Invasion yesterday due to the car still not being 100% tuned But it should be a good event. If anyone in the Ohio area with a stage 4 996tt wants to run the S4 in a few weeks, happy to meet up

Damn man. I saw your car awhile ago, when it first got to Wicked. I actually had a run in with it on the highway when i was a stg2 SC.

haha..yeah probably. the blue avant is jackson's. we raced twice so far since i got the k24s and i pulled once and the other time he pulled. its pretty much even. his car is very fast!

Cool i was wondering why there was no video posted b/w you 2. Hes been tweaking alot, a year ago we ran and it was an absolute nightmare for his car (bus lengths).


Not bad, it was 60-160ish i think, your car was 4-5 cars behind.

 

Are you going to pick up your S4 in LA? Let me kown how it performs like...and how it holds up to. I guess your S4 must have at least 600 crank HP. Once I was trying to get ?Autospeed' GT25R kit but I could not find any perfromance number or FAT time. And no one seems to tell if the GT25R is reliable enough..... Thus, getting a 996TT is a safe option.

 

very nice Vid......is Moss tuning you car Jamie? Should be fast as well once it's dialed in.....that video of the VAST GT car just destroying a healthy K04d car that trapped 123 MPH is very impressive. Will you be at GI even if the car is not there?

 

here is the VAST GT car.......i believe very similar setup as Jamie's car iirc (don't quote me on the Turbos...but i believe they ar both GT28RS's). You can see a huge difference...even with a very healthy K04 Stage 3+ S4 that trapped 124+ MPH

He was...my car is/was the test mule for the VAST GT28 kit. Moss hurt the motor somehow (sounds like valvetrain) a couple days ago, so I'm buying a built stroked crate motor next week and shipping the car back home asap to have my guys finish it. I may even have Protomotive tune it, not sure. Needless to say, it's been a cluster**** with those CA guys. Moss is pretty cool though. If it wasn't Mother's Day weekend, I would stay and watch the GI event. Have fun at the event!

 

Oh wow......sorry to hear about your Engine. I can imagine the agony and wait you've been through....I saw your car at WMS many times and iirc, it has been out here in Cali for over a year now Hope it all works out with the new block and tune, it should def rip when completed.

Yea.....GI woulda had a much Bigger turnout/draw if it wasn't on the day it is. Especially draw from accross the country, but oh well....maybe this will be the first and it'll get bigger and better in the future. We'll def have fun at the event........I am sure there will be lots of video and footage of the action going down on Sunday
