I just installed a Fabspeed Super Sport and I have to say I am not impressed. It is quiet outside the car (not much different from stock really) and it is loud inside the car.

I am still hitting .7 bar... The car doesn't feel quicker. I think I may have to go to straight pipes.

 

Are you sure it's a Super Sport, there's nothing quiet about those exhausts!

That's what I was told when purchasing them and I have no reason not to believe it. It is loud... In the car. Outside it is not very loud at all.

 

With straight pipes it feels slower? Hmmm...

 

Maybe I should meet up with someone who has a fabspeed SS and see if we sound the same...

 

Fabspeed SS is LOUD inside and loud, few levels below straight pipes from what I have heard !

 

something must be wrong. There is nothing quiet about the Fab SS. Mine sets off all the car alarms in the garage when I fire her up. The stock exhaust sounded like a blender comparitively.

 

agreed. something is not right....maybe you ordered the quiet version? I just installed a loud version for my customer and once at settled idle it quiet but when opened up...watch out!

 

I have a feeling I bought a quiet. Anyone in Miami or north of here have a Fabspeed Loud I could put mine next to? See if I ended up with a quiet.
