Wow,
Really great accomplishment and Kudos to you Todd and Cynthia!!
Craig, I agree (again, scary) with you about comparing full weight cars
to non-full weight cars, different scenarios.
Having said that this car is still very full weight and has a VERY, VERY
impressive time. Sharkey, JoeTwint, BigJoeRenntechV12, Jean, and TB993TT
have shown us some of the uppper end performance stats and it has inspired us all. Oh Yeah, I forgot to mention Markski, I believe his car goes pretty well too. Finally, thank goodness his car is done so Todd can work on MINE !!!!. LOL.
I knew this would be a great year!

Scott, great run for a relatively heavy car. You can see that Todd wasnt aggresively shifting so there is some easy time to gain with a quicker shift. It looks like some traction loss around the .5 sec mark of the run where there is a slight dip in the long G's and the speed line isnt straight. I sent you the Excel run log for you to look over, but what a great run and I am sure it will be improved upon in short order!
Jean, my deepest apologies for keeping you waiting. I had to work this weekend so I was not sitting by the computer. I wont let it happen again
Scott, since Marty has proclaimed Mark as the new "King"...does this make you the new "Queen"....lol... Kevin

Thanks for the info and analysis, Kevin. I appreciate it.
I'll have the car back next weekend, so weather permitting...I'll try some 2nd to 4th gear runs with some quicker shifts and see how she does.
Thanks again, bro.
P.S. - I'm not thinking I like the "Queen" title much.

Scott,
If ur axles hold up... and u take my advice... go with 17s and MTs 275/40/17s u will hit 9s...
I dont think the BF goodrich u have will hold up at the track... they will break loose.

Thanks, my friend. But from what Todd tells me, my power comes on much differently than yours. So I think I'll give the 18" BFGs a shot first just to see how they do with my setup
If, after a few tries, I decide I simply can't hit 9's using them, I *may* then try the 17" MT's. But I'll have to see.
I'd really like to hit 9's in the same configuration that I drive on the street. At least that's my goal, so I want to do my best to achieve it before I consider trying anything else.
Thanks, bro.

Scott,
Todd told me the same thing.... but u still willl need to hook up..... being around the track with Bobby... we tried a couple of things.. and he of all has tried everything...
Ur TQ(boost) actually comes on faster then mine... that means you will need to hook up even more so... call Bobby I bet he will tell you the same...
He will not even run his white car with 720 rwhp without the MTs...
I dunno just passing on ther info...

Markski's FEEL's like it's going to eat you alive and spit you out. Yours is so smooth in the power delivery that you don't really get the impression that it's accelerating like it is. Maybe the weight of the car? Maybe that it's not gutted like Marksi's. Not sure. But it's a very fast car that's much more manageable than you'd think for that power level.
Also, with the weight of your car vs. Markski's, it looks like you'd be right on top of him if you were the same weight.... That's just crazy considering how the two drive so differently.
