You my also be running into a w/g that's opening on you. If you have a .7 bar spring in your w/g and you're running electronic w/g control, you'll still blow the valve open at around 2 bar, 28-29psi even with the wg controller wide open.
If you're running too rich, it'll lower the cfm's going through the turbo, and decrease the boost. Check your a/f's.
Pressure test the intake. make sure it'll hold about 5-10psi more than the boost you're planning on running. Do it from the inlet of the turbo so you're checking the entire system, including the bov's.
Good luck on that

That's amazing fast! Very impressive ! What is weight lose if you convert AWD to RWD? Scott hava you ever tried from 0~187mile(0~300km)? Because a swiss tuner's SPR1 is able to reach 0~ 300km at 19 seconds. I bet your car would be faster than that!

Yes it's Sportec SPR1 which is claimed to have more than 800 CHP and it has some very interesting set up like dual throttle bodies. However, like you said no one has seen its tested performance data. I think either Mark or Scott's would be faster than 19 sec from 0~187mile.

Interesting to me is that, given the 'money is no object' approach to that car, they retained the factory exhaust manifolds.

SPR1 is prohibitively unattainable . European tuners tend to modify factory header rather than redesign a set of new stainless headers for the reliability reason. They might think factory cast iron headers is more durable than those aftermarket stainless units.
However, SPR1's solution such as dual injectors and throttle bodies for extra air and fuel supply is quite creative.
