996's are like driving a ford taurus. They dont explode like a ferrari after 10k unserviced miles. It's an everyday car from getting to point a to z. The turbo is very handy in winter with its all wheel drive as it snows in germany and chicago.

You porsche will depreciate just as fast sitting in your garage as it will driving it- so get out there
