Anyone want to swap 840r for 841r

I just bought HRE 840r, 19 x 8.5 & 19 x 11 (4" lip). Clear coat brushed face with polished lip. I like them but I like the 841r's better. When ordering I was going back and forth and chose the 840's because I was listening to others rather than myself. Anyone have any 841's who are interesed in a trade. I had them put on on Sat 4/3 and they only have 32 miles on them. They are brand spanking new. I just dont think I want mesh anymore.

Rodis...I would keep the 840's. the 841's spokes are too thin and kinda weak looking for a turbo IMHO...wait, this is what got you here in the first place.

996turbo,
so you do like the 840's. I was debating on the 840 vs 841 didnt know what the 841 would look like since no one had them, so I stayed with the 840s (traditional looking) . . . until I saw JCraimer's white turbo with the 841. I think it looks great. But yea I did think that the spokes were a little thin. How about you , what wheels do you have? You want my 840's?

I would keep the ones you have. I think the 841's look better on Benz's, Auston's, Ferrari.....I have the 543R's. I like the exposed hardware..here is a pic:http://hobbystage.net/porsche/media....8774780-011660

996 turbo,
nice wheels but nicer car. I am now thinking about 543's or Kinesis k19's. The difference is in the hub. The Kinesis hides the lugs a little better than the HRE's but the HRE's fit and finish is cleaner to me.

996Turbo,
what is the finish of the faces on your 543's? Is it brushed with clear coat? They look great. Are your sport seats electric with heats? Where in So Cal are you located?

Ron, the face is painted silver. The sport seats are electric and heated. Ron, I just PM'd you.
