I Concur that our seats are neither comfortable nor supportive. Give me a set of E46 M3 seats any day.... Damn were those nice! Hmmm... I bet the Z06 has comfortable seats with all that plastic and power..

GT3 seats are do only way to go!

Seriously though they are more comfy than the stock seats. At least for me.

I have Status seats, and I posted it awhile back on here. Great seats for long drives. Keeps you upright and your legs forward on the pedals. Best seat so far that I have sat on.

I LOVE the 997 seats! They are far more supportive in the neck and shoulder area for me. I'd love to get a set for my car bu no one has been able to tell me if this is an easy swap or will it require complete rewiring of the electrical connections.

Wow, those look practically like GT3 seats, how much did they set you back if you don't mind me asking?

I hated the stock seats and couldn't use the GT3 seats because they prohibit access to the rear seats (I had smaller kids then). I replaced them with sparco milano seats. Since I just sold my 996tt, they are for sale now. black alcantara.

Had the standard power everything seats in my '03 turbo. Hated them because there was no way to get comfortable. Had the Sports seats in my '05 turbo S and even though they were slightly improved over the stockers, they still felt lacking. 997 seats were much better but the side airbag might complicate the installation unless there was a way of making sure that it won't pop.

Best bet is either aftermarket Recaro seats or GT3 seats which are surprisingly comfortable.

My seats don't have lumbar support. I'm with you guys that my back kills after any trips more than 3hrs or so. Did any version of the 996 seat come with adjustable lumbar support?
