Will anyone ever post a 9 second 1/4?

Maciek... In theory it should have been done long time ago... but its not that easy in a 996TT. You might have some experience hanging around with Eddie but I don't think he has a 996 - its a whole different story. I'm serious.
Don't get me wrong... I'm just telling you how it is. Some tuners here have tried for the past few years and the 9s still allude us all. It really is hard. Actually anything below 10.5 in the TT is really really hard. Even if u have the power and the tuner right... u still have to do other things to get it right. Tires, suspension set up, track prep, weather, launch, shifting, etc etc.... too many variables for one person to handle at once...
just my opinion,
markski

If I chose to go all the way on the 1/4 then maybe I could produce soem really crazy numbers... but I still want the car to be street drivable... so I did not go all out which is why we may be having some issues.
Update: new axles, new clutch, new injectors and tune, new plugs and coils, a boost leak fixed- I think this time we will get it.

My 0.02 If I may
Bello NEVER ran a v8 period, not true. Im sure he had the same problems if not more than all of us to get to that level.
Once you find the "Combo" the rest is easy, but at the end of the day the 911 air cooled hold the records "Will" "Wish" "Could" don't count
Heck the Evos are in the 8s and you guys still chasing the 9s sure someone SOON will go into the 9s but 9.16 or better, that I want to see
