i would like to dial in just a bit more boost, how much more should i turn the nuts?
can someone with k24s measure how much of the rod is sticking out from the hook? especially the guys seeing a consistent 1.2 bar of boost....
thanks.

If I rember correctly 1 1/2 turns (on GT28's) is approximately 0.1 bar. Don't bank of that though. It was a while since I was messing with those. I would give it 1.0 turns and take it for a drive and see what you have achieved.

What bar number are you getting now? I adjusted mine and I would turn it 2 full turns and take her out, get a reading and repeat until you reach the number you are looking for. Mine was a spike of 1.2.

You may need the aftermarket 1 bar springs...

Or you might have a boost leak.

evo WG actuators, low priced power, adjust to start movement (.005)@ 12 psi air pressure. This will get you 1.2 bar solid with k24, spiking to 1.3 Forget turning up the stock springs, with the evo's the boost comes in much sooner also.

Would adjusting the wastgates allow the boost to build under less throtle? The thing about my turbo is I really have to stab the gas to get the boost to build. I am not talking about turbo lag. I am talking more so about load and throttle postion. It' almost like the ECU will not allow boost till a certain load and throttle position has been meant. Anyone feel the same way as me?
