I just ordered a set of smoked corners from them and was given email notification containing the tracking number and bill...and also received the product asap! Great experience and would not hesitate to buy from them again! Thanks Brett!

 

Hi everyone, as one of Vivid's vendor I wanted to say that Dan took care lot of customer service that we couldn't for that moment. Sometimes we do make mistakes but I know Dan tries really hard to take care of his customers.

I also have dealt with Dan and Vivid on 3 or more occasion and it's been nothing short of great customer service. In business it's a fact that you will have some negative experiences, just make sure you have more good than bad.
