I had this problem and ended up having the master and accumulator. This was after hydraulic fluid exploded out of the clutch reservoir when it failed. After these were replaced I noticed the gritty feeling clutch pedal getting worst over time. It ended up being grit that had accumulated over time in the clutch tube. It required dropping the transmission to clean the tube. The Porsche tech was able to do this without having to drop the entire engine and transmission. He said the grit came from disk wear similar to what we see from brake pads. Every since this was done the clutch peddle is very smooth and easy to apply.

My clutch some time feels gritty at the bottom, but is not slipping. Anyone know if master/slave issue is a warranty item (esp. after market warranty) or is it considered a wear item, along with the clutch?

Thanks,
Doug

Mine just started seeping from the resevoir. What is the cause? Clutch feels normal.
