Sorry for the off topic. If someone wouldn't mind an email or two with me I would appreciate it. Porsche is being a pain in my **** again.

Sorry Shank I haven't.??? The deal is Porsche agreed four years ago my logo was in question. We agreed that I would change the other aspects since they now knew the logo was not a "911" they also stopped me from using full shots of the cars and my personal cars in the printed ads as well as the internet. Now, four years later they are hounding me about my logo and pictures again. It was my understanding that parts of cars or anything not full side was ok along with customer cars, cars for sale and race cars. Which all are in check on the site and in printed adverts. In regards to the logo I think there is a sub argument beyond the original agreement with them that would fall under estoppel and or acquiescence. That would also put them at risk of loosing that particular trademark.

Amazing, I can be the technical advisor for the National PCA and support a list of cars that is no longer made, buy from the dealer, support the dealer and deal with this at the same time. Honestly, who in the heck thinks I am PCNA by using my car or anyone else's in the site or adverts.

Alex, Garrick is a trademark attorney??
