if the manufacturer used a resin w/ UV blockers (aka surfboard resin) they should last quite a while (years). when i make cf pieces, i also use a clearcoat urethane w/ UV inhibitors. i'm not a pro, but i think the pieces should hold up well. as stated, it looks great.

Lots of red X's....

I didn't get the factory dashboard carbon fiber trim strip because I noticed in the car I drove in Europe that had this option it'd reflect off the windshield especially in direct sunlight. Really was distracting for me. Any issues with that for you? Some folks have even reported it coming apart too!!!
