Hopefully I'll be able to try one of these days.

Kaizu, you are right, impressive stuff.

There is a GTR750 in my neighbourhood and it has its share of issues, no blown engines but does give the local techs headaches, although that's easy to do! They were based on GT3 engine and Garrett turbos at 1.4 Bar back in 2001. They are not builders, so credit goes to TTP rather on the engine.

The GTR600 also won the German Tuner GP which is no small credit. Since then it has been Cargraphic (RS Tuning) for three years

Reliability has always been an issue, and their customer service is not the best around.

I don't think Skylines would come close to the 35s!

stock, i dont think they'd touch 40's. Modded is another story. they can launch harder than all cars on that list sans the veyron.

Probably yes, but their aerodynamics kill them at higher speeds. I don't think we will ever see one below 30-35s, but I might be wrong.

this skyline would probably run around 10-11 seconds to 186.

Veilside's R32 Skyline GT-R did 0-300km/h in 13.72s. The car's fully stripped and barely street legal (if at all) though.

Veilside also has an R34 Skyline GT-R built/tuned for top speed runs. It achieved 346.2km/h (~215mph) somewhere in New Zealand. The runs were made in a private ranch with a 6km long straightaway (2-lane, bumpy, with some slightly uphill sections). This one's also fully stripped.

The numbers within brackets are actually Bugatti's factory times. The one on the list is tested and verified by AMS. Still within reason of the factory times IMO. Look forward to include your car on the list!

I have these times, but I have no reference from where they are and who tested. If anyone can help with the source I will be happy to include them.

19.3 - Toyota Supra BiTurbo (Psycho) - 3.0L R6 801 hp http://www.kismo.dk/sider/Specs.htm
19.6 - Nissan Skyline R34 Kismo 2.6L R6 820 hp
21.7 - Nissan Skyline R348 Blitz 2.8L R6 850 hp

2.2 - TopFuel Dragster 8.2L V8 - 6.000 hp

Yes, that's 0-300 km/h in 2.2 seconds!

Dgussin,

That Skyline video is cool but lets not fill the list with NHRA cars...
Street legal cars with plates, 2 seats, that can turn should be some
of the criteria.
