Do you believe a progressive setup is necessary for a smaller shot (say a 50 shot across the board, specifically tailored for hard and instant hits down low). As far as electronics are concerned, I would run a dual digital TPS/WS setup along with appropriate safety equipment (blow down tube, heater, etc).
I assume you mean 650BHP - what are your feelings towards running OE injectors ON bottle on a k24 setup?
thanks again.

Our set up was approx. (just under) 650 rwhp (SAE 1990) . We were running a TIAL hybrid 95 GT2 K24's with Garrett GT30's. The injectors are not an issue. If the injectors support the tune without nitrous, they will support it with the nitrous. The wet nitrous injector supplies it's own fuel. What is important is your fuel lines/pump can deliver the pressure required when the nitrous is turned on. That is one reason for the fuel pressure shut off valve that shuts off the nitrous system if the fuel pressure drops below the fuel pressure you preset. I believe we used 50 pounds as the shut off number.
If you go to the Captain Mikey thread in the Tuning Modification section, I posted the formula's that tell you the size injectors and line required for the hp you are running.
Note: The fact you are retarding the timing (which I realize most nitrous system do) is different that what we did and therefore our experiences may not apply or be the same. The 50 shot all at once may work. Then again a 50 shot of nitrous is more than 50 ponies.

It been awhile since we talked. I had the plates made on a laser cutter out of stainless steel. We used a small stud welder to shoot a couple threaded studs on the back to hold them in place.
