Inexpensive Tires

Inexpensive Tires
I just picked up a backup set of Vredestien's. So far I really like these tires, nice stiff sidewall, good wear characteristics, at a price that is great.
235/35/ZR19 - $165 each
295/30/ZR19 - $205 each
The place I bought them from is here in Los Angeles, (818) 340-9444, Samantha runs the show. They have many of the standard sizes. I have no affiliation with these people, just a good set of tires for cheap.

I have been looking at these just this morning at tirebyweb.com and the fronts were $306 rears were $442. I see these are not the OEM size. Do they match in diameter front to rear? Also, did that include mounting and balance?

I need to replace all four on my 996tt and would love to hear about some viable options as well. I think that I want to go up to 305's or 315's if I can in the rear with stock size wheels.

Heres my two cent on Vredestien. I have not tracked these tires, but have run them very hard on canyons like Mulholland here in the Santa Monica mountians. I have had Potenza's that I took of when I went to 19", and Contential conti's, both fine tires to use as a comparison.
To me, the have a very firm sidewall, no ballooning. The composition is very tacky, and from other I have talked to, they last. The fastest I have had them is about a buck and a quarter, and I feel confident in much higher speeds. To me, they are a great sport tire. In addition, to me, they are a good looking tire. IMHO.

Heres a close-up photo, they have a great looking sidewall,IMHO.
I just picked them up. They are new tires, not blems, and had I known, I would have saved myself a drive over, they have very cheap shipping rates.
