I heard on a contest on the radio.... what is the worst job. People had to call in with their actual occupation and had to prove it at prize collection time to get the prize. I think it was $1000. Anyway, what do you think won?

founder and owner, Wheel Experts Automotive
started company with a $5000 investment and an office in my 600 sq ft apartment, and worked my way up. I guess I have our loyal customers to thank for that success in our 3 years.
i've come a long way in that time, but lots of hard work - used to put in 100 hour weeks

After 2 1/2 years as a stockbroker I took a little bit of money and founded an automotive lighting company. Today we import our own private line of xenon lighting (I'll keep it unnamed) and distribute it to warehouses and automotive stores in 40 states. It was a combination of hard work, great marketing, knowledge, connections and a bit of luck too...

Making Stuff
We manufacture the WORLDS best Pressure Gauges and Pressure Calibration Instrumentation. None better.
I am one of the few manufacturers on this board, and still one of the few left in California.
The ol' "Excited States" was built on "manufactories", making things for the world. Or, the things that made things themselves like machine tools. "Arsenal of Democracy" and "Hog Butcher to the World".
Now it ALL comes from someplace else...if it all goes terribly bad; what would we do?
Software's nice I guess, but I find it as exciting as paint peeling (sorry).
