Too much Black or not?

IMO black black is a hot setup only with a polished lip to break it up a little exactly like the pic of Peter's car with the black 547's. But yes, wheel paint should match car. But it also depends on how agressive your friend wants to look. If he wants a more classic look then for a black car, polished lip with brushed alum faces and paint the calipers bright yellow (like Sandoval's yellow). That will looks sick on the black tt.

I'm partial, I love it. These are actually a very dark bronze, but they look black. And I don't want to hear any honda comments
I suggest you dig up some of Andreas turbo pics w/ his black anodized stock wheels, it looks HOT
I think it'd be real real hot if he went w/ a polished lip
