Now that avatar is better. Wasn't sure what the last avatar was... the picture was hard to make out.
It looks like the faces should be easy to change out. The only trouble is getting the gage needles off the stems. I have my Dad's old watch and clock tools and he has a puller that would work very well. If you have problems check out a watch/clock repair guy and they would probably pop them off for you. Or maybe a speedo repair shop...

hey guys thanks for the guage info ,i was wondering my self how difficult and time consuming it is to do the swap ..

Unplug the assembly and and take it to your work bench. Remove the needles and old faces. Replace the faces with your new overlay and go back to your car. Plug the assembly back into the 3 harnesses and install needles in accordance to the picture you took earlier.
Once the needles are in their proper place, reassemble and you're done.
