It was a stripped out Evo with a BIG turbo....I wonder what the HP and weight #'s were..

Also, I believe John did only one run and was like..f*ck it, I'm not doing another run with that crazy crosswind......

nitrorocket1 is infamous around these parts
I have a video of a 97 camaro with a touch less the 800 rwhp went 199 mph. Also a 1980 granada with 750 rwhp went 190.
I am hoping to hit 200 mph in the Chevelle when I make it there. It's all about the power and matching gearing.

And Aerodynmamics, the biggest factor when approaching 200.

You may be closer to the Granada, but it should be close.

Good Luck!

Is this correct, that with stock tires max speed is 312km/h(195mph) @6750rpm?
Because rpm limiter...has anybody get more speed with stock tires and GPS?

Im surprised people are forgetting about eddie bello's 226.8 mph run, just mentioning it since several people said a Porsche will never go above 200 in the mile.
