The muffler canister...is it carbon fiber? Looks like it has a black finish. If so, that's pretty awesome.

We have a "regular" WRX that is used as an all-around local errand car, hauler, snow car, etc. Came with racing seats, Momo wheel, short shifter and added an adjustable boost valve. Even though the STi is far more extreme (i would opt for a trunk lid without the wing, too), I can't say enough good things about this car; its the ultimate cheap practical hot rod that you can drive extremely hard and can be driven in extreme conditions. The only folks that get serious wood from it, though, are 18 year boys. Most of the population doesn't even have a clue...

Nice wheel and tire setup, much better than those stock goldies.

Yes the exhaust is carbon fiber and titanium. Very light weight. You can lift the exhaust with your finger.

I have TIEN Coilovers and Prodrive PFF7 Wheels with Bridgestone S03's. I also have the HKS Downpipe and Intake too. I plan on putting the APS SR50 Turbocharger which will spool up fast, and its good for about 430RWHP. Need to put injectors, front mount intercooler, and fuel pump too. The mods on this car costs less than a set of HRE's.

Great choice with the mods, Shank. Those PFF7's looks stunning. Just curious to find out more:

Which brand of exhaust is that you chose?

Would appreciate your experience on the Tein coilover setup (EDFC setup?)

Thanks in advance, and hope you enjoy the new toy!

HKS Exhaust. Gave a C4s a run for its money today. He could not catch up, and I was pulling on 5th.

the pictures dont depict the true color of the wheels....

it really looks like this....

under different lighting conditions, the wheels look a different hue.

Shank, just for clarification, PN meant to inquire about the rims as they are manufactured by speedline.

Chris,

There are 2 WRX STi's at my local dealer one blue and one black
both at MSRP. Let me know if you want their number.
