Any Lights (airbag etc) if seats are removed?

Any Lights (airbag etc) if seats are removed?

Im trying to put in my non-power seats and was wondering if there are any airbag waring lights im going to get if I put them in? I heard somewhere our cars have sensors in the seats?

First, disconnect the battery. Then, remove the seat and separate the belt recepticle and sensor lead from the existing seat and re-use it on the new seat (unless the new seat already has one installed). Plug the seat belt recepticle into the appropriate section of the wiring harness under the seat. Once complete, connect the battery. You should not have any lights. I even did this once without disconnecting the battery and it did not trigger any lights, but if you power the car up without the recepticle connected to the harness - you will get the light.
