We very excited to release the worlds first custom flow formed wheel series manufactured by Forgestar. Over the course of the last few years the wheel market has exploded, however there is a pretty large divide from a pricing and performance aspect. Most of the cost effective wheels have 1 or 2 fitments and are heavier. Most of the forged custom wheels have infinite fitments, are lightweight and run the cost of a average mortgage payment!

Here is some info about the Flow Form Casting process, which is a hybrid of forging and casting, and is used by companies such as BBS and Enkei:

Flow Forming is a production procedure that turns the wheel (or rim section) over a special mandrel and three hydraulic rollers using tremendous pressure. The pressure and turning then force the rim area to form against the mandrel, creating the shape and width of the rim. During Flow Forming, the rim actually "flows" down to create the full rim width. During Flow Forming, pressure applied to the cast rim actually changes its mechanical properties, so its strength and impact values become similar to those of a forged rim. That translates to up to 15% less weight when compared to a standard cast wheel.

Here are some pictures of a 2004 Porsche 996 Turbo Cab with the new F14 style wheel from Forgestar. We have a special on these wheels now. They are custom flow formed and lightweight. The front and rear have different face shapes. The rears are more concave to give you that motorsports look.

Not yet, most of the orders & inquiries have been for black cars plus 1 yellow with regards to 996TT.

Just wondering if there's an 18 available yet for the 996TT. The Forgestar site says that they have 18x8.5 and 18x11, but I'm not sure if the offsets are correct for our cars.

Let us know, These look great. Would love to see some gunmetal on a 996TT.
