Sounds like a quick and easy Mod

Couple of questions

Does the stock pulley require a puller to remove it?
Do you have these ready to go? I am thinking about driving up to get one!

It was a Prowler - not that its a big difference. But no - the Prowler is staying home. I will be taken the orange Z06 and the GT2 to TX2K10 and the TX Mile. I had to have the tranny rebuilt in the Z and it should be ready to go this year - still won't break 200 mph without the giggly juice but will easily blast past the 190 barrier. I'm thinking the GT2 will hit the 200 mph mark on high boost and good gas.

Hopefully I will be able to park next to you guys again - we had a lot of fun last year.

The stock pulley can be removed with an impact. We have them in stock. When you planing on heading up?

Today, I had Daryl, our CAD engineer, model the same pulley design with the OEM turbo diameter. We had a few requests for it so we got the ball rolling. It added about 34 grams of weight to our design which is not much (220g vs 254g) This is still ~70% lighter than stock (860g). If others are interested in having the added strength and lightweight features of our pulley, without underdriving the other accessories, we can produce a version this way. Let me know if others are interested and I can start the production ASAP. Thanks

That is our plan. We are building 5 cars for the texas mile and none of the 5 cars have engines in them at this point We need a little luck on our side to get all of them done. One of them is my 4.0L which was suppose to be done for last event. John started building the engine this week.

I was thinking about rolling up there either this weekend or next. Now I am debating on weather to wait on stock diameter pulley or not. I am assuming there is concern about underdriving stock accessories?? Have people complained about problems underdriving the 996tt??

No problems what so ever with the underdrive. The amount of underdrive our pulley changes the system is exactly the same as the GT3. We had 10 test cars in the field for over 6 months and they are perfect. The charging systems / accessories are the same between the GT3 and the turbo so there are no issues.
