That's not professional solution for your problem, vendors here used to be professional.
B]WARNING - do not purchase from Adaptec. [/B]
SUMMARY - Adaptec sent me 3 damaged spacers that can cause wheel vibrations. They lied 3 times saying they shipped replacements out. Zero replacements have been received. Adaptec is unable to provide any tracking numbers and is unresponsive.
DETAILS - I contacted Lenny at Adaptec to ask about an Amazon listing for spacers for my 991. He talked me out of buying from Amazon with lies that they weren't the same technology as if I purchased directly from him. I assume he lied to make more money without Amazon fees. I ordered directly with Lenny at Adaptec. He then shipped me damaged spacers that had chips and large imperfections on 3 of the 4 spacers that could cause vibrations because the damage protrudes beyond the level surface. I emailed Lenny pics of the issue. He blamed the poor workmanship on shipping damage. It was very clear that the damage was a quality control issue, as the box had zero damage and the spacers were wrapped with saran wrap. Lenny promised to ship replacement spacers on 3 separate occasions, but was never able to provide a tracking number, and I never received anything. It has been a long time and now Lenny and Adaptec don't respond. Lenny and Adaptec have had many opportunities to fix their poor workmanship and have been nothing, but dishonest from the beginning.

My boss has said he told you numerous times to call us and we will fix it. we already sent you a replacement spacer that you asked for and im sorry we wouldn't give you a lock set like you wanted for the trouble. we do our best to fix any issue we may have as we want our customers to be 100% happy. judging by all the orders we take on the porsche forums it seems to be working well. again i will leave you multiple phone numbers 775.351.1000 or 775.530.2483. my boss has hundreds of emails to go through and they are non stop. if you call us we will make it right but simply slandering our company in a way that goes against what we do isn't the best solution.
