To my fellow Cab owners - Time for the Turtle Shell?

My topless brothers...weather here in So Cal has dropped to chilly low 70s...brrrrr...and heck it may even drizzle today..eeek!

so is it time to put the hardtop back on?

What are you all doing? Is it turtle shell time for all of you on the east?

I think I may put mine on this weekend or next weekend.

does the cab make less noise due to less flex of the car and tight fit when the hard top is on?

I don't know about you guys but personally I can't stand to look at those hard tops, it looks odd. Why do you need it anyways? can someone tell me what difference they make compared to the soft top??

I like the look of the hardtop on the cab. It gives it a very subtle look change than the rest. I am very happy I get the opp to change between the hardtop and leaving the soft top. Life is all about options.

With the top on the road noise is better, it is warmer, but it actually makes more noise I think. I can hear the flexing more when the hard top is on. But who knows...maybe it will be different this time.

Heated seats and a jacket and I'm ready!!!

70 in Cali, 100 in New York: what is wrong with that picture. I love my hardtop. It is a very different look with the car so low and the new roll bar. To each his own but I will always keep the top around.

I have one of these babies installed in my garage. It's pretty awesome. I can put on or take off the hardtop in a matter of a few minutes by myself. And it solves the problem of where to store it.

If you had this device, you could decide almost on a daily basis, whether you want to use the hardtop or not.

Ditto for me. And my girlfriend drives her car topless into the teens. I mean, with the convertible down, of course.

maybe I am just itching for some "change"

Yeah I am going to slap mine on this weekend.

The ez lift is a great...I just dont have a garage I could install it in. I live in a condo and its an underground structure so I have to keep my hardtop in my living room! hahahaha...
