Rear subwoofer options
#21
Just get rid of the rear bottoms. No one is ever going to sit back there anyway. Do the rear seat backs fold down like they do on the cab? I leave mine folded down covering the subs, while at the same time giving me plenty of storage as the seat backs act as a parcel shelf. Not a big fan of the floor mounted sub boxes. The rear deck isn't bad, but they're really exposed and to make an enclosure big enough for at least 10's, you're gonna eat up a lot of space back there.
Here's a shot of mine being built. We even put stitching on the vinyl to match the interior. I think it's one of the cleaner ways of putting subs in a 996.

Hello. I just purchased a 1997 Porsche 993 C4S and was wanting to put in a subwoofer. Can you send pictures of your 10” enclosure. Do you sell them. Thank you, James (910)964-7281

just threw a quick few unorganized picks in here but I made a box to fit 2-10" subs behind the rear seats, speaker pods for the rear side panels and some pods for under the front seat as well. System sounds amazing and everything is out of fiberglass to keep it light weight. Everything Alpine Type R series speakers and kicker amps.

Sub molds
I know it's been a long time but would you still have these molds?
