I agree with SWAT because I also own a Busa. the 999 is greasy fast. Unless the rider wasn't skilled at all, I would be surprised.

WTF?!? Do you have a 300 shot on it too :P jk

You ought to tread lightly as you only have 50 more HP than me RUF boy

Ask WoolyG. We were goofing around on the highway. He's got the protomotive 600 or 650 kit. I can't remember which. Hybrid turbos, EVO IC's, wastegate springs, plenum, intake, Proto ECU, Greddy BC.

I actually pulled him initially (he claims bad gear choice), then he caught up, then he passed me However, it wasn't the runaway slaughter that I thought it would be. My car hung right in there to shall we say, high speeds, albeit probably 4-5 car length back. But still in the game

Hey Cupcake, you have absolutely no comment on my stunning Orange Busa?

Have not heard from you lately bud. Had a bomb threat today on our complex. Was pretty exciting including the robots and Helicopters.

Best regards Dep.

How does that go again? When you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all....

Just kidding. Not a huge I-4 motorcycle fan, but I do like the color scheme on yours.

I prefer my bikes to thump and rattle

Bomb scare. Sounds exciting. They'd be doing us a favor if they blew ours up (with no one it of course). Our building is very old and the management doesn't really want to put any money it. Broken elevators, front doors falling off... It's pretty sad actually.

So did they find anything or just a hoax?

I love your bike, it's gorgeous. Not sure why I fell in love with my Orange busa but I did. Sometimes it does scare me though.

Since we are a organization that has clients that are not wanted in any other "Federal building", we always get our own. The dogs did two separate hits today from both FPS and also the Bloomington Bomb squad on the exact same place. ATF also showed up late but concurred with the findings.

So, this has nothing to do with your thread but the fact remains, I do love my Orange Busa but I did crash it two months ago and now have to fix it. My helmet saved my life so I will post a picture of it here.

Great thread and happy to be part of it.

Your friend,

Paul

LOL, your right. I actually think about that stuff now. Not to mention the pressure from family and friends.

Do EVOMS rebuild your engine before installing the supercharger?

no, people have installed the SC with 70K miles on their engines with no issues. Though it would be smart to do at least a compression check.

It was from about 75 MPH to about 160 MPH, I don't know if he dropped his ***** or left his fangs at home, but that roll on - I heard him click it down 2 and throttle it - win came to us. I have been riding for years, I own a duc 888 and a MV Agusta F4-SPR which I bought recently and sold my RC51. I wanted to get a 999 because of that sound of a v-twin with ferracci pipes is so sweet and I love duc's. However, MV is known for developing the midsize engine in a four banger with the redline lower like a twin and linear power development, so like Porsches, you get a flat torque curve early and steady horsepower that builds to redline - a perfect engine.
