Porsche is apparently providing dealers with a $10K incentive on the 40th anniversary 911 (and possibly other '04 models). Somebody on another board got one for $6K under factory invoice (invoice is MSRP less approx. 13%), or about 19% off MSRP.

This is a steal if it is new. with 345hp, limit-slip differential & PSM, sport suspension and the good looking turbo front & rocker panels . Get it if you like the narrow body 996, it has better performance and IMHO better interior than the 997 C2.
