Foundation plan

Actual foundation is 4' deeper, but otherwise is about the same.

central stairway area, railings were all sanded down and spindles were all replaced with cherry.

kitchen was completely gutted. about 1/2 of the appliances i purchased on ebay. the other half were online. nuthin' locally bought. cabinets are cherry, floor is hickory.
