I'm now in the process of having a new house built myself. After nearly 2 years of permiting night mares etc... It was finally approved but then we learned of the concrete shortage and had to wait quite a while for our Slab to be finally poured which was Today thank God

just courious, how big is the house/lot? seems like is a huge lot... or that's the only house in the area!
just a thought. how about a Touch Free car wash machine on the side. that'll be awesome!!!
