In between 38-42 IMO would be bit higher if it's 6 speed, good luck. Why 997 and not Turbo?

not a penny under 40K! I would ask $44,900.00 and see what happens. If you have the stock wheels I would consider swapping them out. (or price the car two ways)

It looks clean and very well kept with low miles. There are alot (alot!) of P-cars that are not well kept. I bought a 1999 C4 Cab this year (triple black, six speed). I paid 36K. I looked around and it was a good deal. I looked at a dozen cars and I was surprised by how many beat up $100K cars there were out there. (im kinda **** so if your cars isnt 95% of showrrom new then I didnt buy it)

Ill trade you my stock wheeels (and cash ofcourse) for those HREs if you are interested.
