Its not difficult if the body shop knows what to do....There is a fiberglass replica, looks bad, fits bad, and cracks easily...not very strong. There is also the Anzianos bumper....Its probably the best replica out there...

By the time you buy that one, paint and prep it, it'll cost more than a TT bumper bought used, modded, and painted and prepped....
