To Bumperette Or Not To

Hey guys. Im FINALLY getting my TT Rear bumper ive wanted. Would you guys put bumperettes on it or keep it a CLEAN euro look. I actually like the OEM black bumperettes on the C4S. If i did do the OEM Blk Bumperettes where is the best place to get and how much do they run? I saw Newports bumper wo the Bumperettes but its black, anyone have a Silver TT Bumper wo the rettes w a pic?

my personal preference is the clean euro look. i ordered color-matched painted bumperettes from eric the "plug guy" as a cost compromise to replacing my whole back bumper on my C4S. will mount them this weekend. i'll post before and after pics if i can wrestle the digital camera away from my wife.

Painted bumperettes are a must! It makes the ride that much cleaner.

I just got mine done through Arling at Lucent.

Euro look would be better. Plus think about the weight savings and the .000000000001 sec you're going to shave off your 1/4 mile (sorry had to do it)

Euro look is fine for those in Europe not those that are here - why? Simple because the license plates over here look like crap and are too narrow.

Stick to some painted bumperettes.

imo the euro looks cleaner. however since our US plate is narrower i think the bumperette looks better (when painted of course) since they filled the space nicely. u'll have to look at it as a whole to see which one u like it better.

Thanks. My car color was special ordered as Porsche last offered it in the late 70's, early 80's. Really stands out in the sun.

20C4S and Exlondoner are right. The euro looks nice but too wide open without bumperettes. Just get the color coded covers or paint them.
