Quality Video Recording System For Car Use

Our team is planing another road trip this summer and this time i want to get some action shots of the trip and stuff.

Can someone recommend a good camera system that won't break the bank but also won't look like some kid shot it on a cell phone video and posted it on youtube.

Something that can be either wired up quickly or have the camera units removed and the wiring left in place would be nice. Ideally i'd like to mount one camera on the front bumper and one on the rear...maybe one in car as well since that seems to be all the rage these days?

Cheaper option - I can't vouch for the quality, but samples look decent.

I think these won an award at SEMA or something recently... have to dig out the new products issue.

^ looks very promissing, i contacted them about the memory cap at 2GB. its pretty pathetic considering that you can get 16gb cards for cheap and not have to swap them for a whole weekend.
