yea sell it and buy some 8" or even a 10". The box for that sub will be rather big.Unless you going to use the entire rear section for the sub. I once tried installing a 12" in to the front trunk, it vibrated like hell and barley any sound got in to cabin

+1 on the pioneer flat sub, i used 2 10" ones and they sound great! a lot better than an 8" or 6" sub....
if you do a fiberglass enclosure you can fit it behind the seat but you loose about 1 1/2" in seat movement....or you can raise the back seat about 10"
and put it under the rear seats....i did one that way and the passenger side one is behind the seat....so the kid can sit in the passenger side and i still have my leg room....
