Recommendation for Raleigh area
TIA,
I have had very good luck with Peak Automotive at 64 & Lake Pine. It is on the south side of the road next to Cole's Furniture. Their Porsche service tech, Matt, used to work at Leith Porsche. Their prices are very reasonable and they are very professional. My last service there was a brake system flush for $85.00. Several other members of the local Porsche Club (Triangle Area, Carolinas Region) use them for service as well.
That said, if I need any major service work done on my 996 (45K, 60K, etc), I take it back to Hickory Porsche as I have great confidence in their work. They are also a Porsche Premier Dealer.
If you choose to use Leith Porsche and are a PCA member, make sure that you let them know that you are a member because they provide a discount on parts to PCA members.

When I did my PPI on a out of state purchase, I had European performance do it because they came so highly recommended over on Rennlist. They where right. I ended up with a fantastic car.
Hope this helps,
Pete

Thanks all for your insight.
I'm currently researching a '02-'04 996 C2 and will be purchasing in the next few months. Since I'll probably be doing an out of town purchase.....any suggestions on the best way to find a qualified and reputable person to perform the PPI?
Sounds like joining the PCA or Rennlist would be my best bet.
