HID bulbs for my pumpkins?

I unfortunately have the head/tail lights that have orange in them. Until I replace the lights, I would like to know if anyone could recommend new bulbs. I'm looking for the bright whites. I think they will look good with my car being black. Thanks.

whoops - here's the corrected link to product
http://www.maxspeed-motorsports.com/d2c.html

should be a quick swap-out, contact Maxspeed for info. The owner is very easy to deal with.

Yep- if you have halogens you'll either have to buy a litronics kit or go with Sylvania SilverStar halogen bulbs for a whiter light.
The SilverStars are pretty nice- used to run those on my '95 BMW 325iS and the high beams on my '04 330i.

you can order directly from Sylvania website.

I just did this myself replacing orange for clear and updating the bulbs for non litronic
you will need part number H7SU Silverstar Ultra - high and low beams - quantity 4 or 2 2pks
Ignore the Phillips site that tells you for the foglamps part number H3ST - the stock foglamps use H7SU and they are installed by porsche already - I found this out the hard way
FYI the stock bulbs are H7 - but not the Ultra whitest.brightest

and yes they work much better than stock

I put this h7 silverstars in my car, and you do not get the effect you want. They basically look like stock lights when on, not the clean white/blueish color you may be looking for. Anything else though may run too hot, and burn your plastic lenses.

Thanks. I saw that a few weeks ago. It looks that could be a big mistake for me if I attempted that.
