Wider Fender Options?

I must admit I love the look of the wide rear fenders. Are there any options to flare out the 996's? I wasn't able to find anything. Probably would be too expensive for me to do, but thought I'd ask.

Last time I was out in california I saw a car at Culver City Customs were they had modified the OEM 997 rear panels and grafted them to a 996 NB. You may want to call Raj and ask him what is involved. If I was to do it all over again, I would probably buy a C4s. Now I am going to wait until I am ready to upgrade to a new 998.

Yeah I'm thinking of looking into a 997 C4S in a year or two. They are a little out of my range right now. Just curious, would think other owners might be interested. I didn't know if someone made a clean looking kit.

See Daytraders reply in the thread titled "Let the re-model begin" He has a link that may be of interest.

Damn they make some crazy wide kits. If I were going to go that route, I'd like a more natural look. My idea is how the 997 C4S or GT3 RS have the wide fenders but they flow with the car.

I think Alex said they were $3K (front and rear). I don't have any pictures at work.

I try to post some tonight when I get home. You can just make them out on my avatar.

We had my car side by side with Alex's RS and it is just about the same width with the naked eye.
