Not sure what you mean by too rounded for MKII......I don't personally like any of the sharp edged or exaggerated skirts, too ricey, too bling, or too susceptible to chipping, etc. From that angle, I like those probably the best of the skirts I've seen. I recently saw the same ones in person on a car in a lot, that had been stolen and was going up for auction...but of course no one knew anything about the skirts at all.

i have those blingy sideskirts and like them just fine.

these are Mk1 sideskirts which were coupled with the mk1 cars with the rounded headlights. the mk2 have a slightly sharper look to them and are hardly ostentatious.

i would never put the mk1 skirts on an mk2 car. the mk2 skirts just look much better matched on the mk2 cars with the sharp edged headlights and bumpers.

perry, post up a pic of your car. i'd like to see what you got going on.

Roth, did you put those skirts on, or were they already there? Roth's got a MKII, with no aero but the skirts and I think it looks great. Just trying to find out exactly which ones they are. Mine is the same, a plain 2002 C2 coupe in seal grey, no aero anything. I just don't care for the standard rocker panel treatment,.. you know, the wavy stone guard spray on that they all use. I'd prefer a subtle finished shirt. I have to replace my front bumper cover, so I want to do all at the same time, and then maybe add a GT lip under the bumper. Right now, I'd have clearance issues until I mod my driveway.

with the stock front bumper, i would defintely not go with side skirts, just paint the lower half your side skirts (comes from factory black) matching body color and you're set!

I'll get to posting the pic this weekend. Been side tracked with the new baby. Another question I got is, what looks better for side markers? Clear or smoke?

I've only ever seen the grey smoked ones, which are always advertised as "clear". On silver or grey, either looks very good. I think most other colors, the real clear is best, except for green and yellow, where I think the amber ones look right.

You have a C4S so doing just the sides will look good because you already have the TT front, or you could just get the damage repaired.

I'm going to agree with some of the others. Without a more aggressive front end (minimum) the sideskirts are going to look a bit odd.
