Not giving legal advice and just engaging in idle academic pontificating , but it would seem to me that, unless the site contains factually false information, it is protected by the First Amendments. Opinions are also protected. That might not stop Porsche from suing a person publishing negative information about their cars, of course, but it would make success unlikely for the company. As a practical matter, companies don't like to bring suits about things like this bc it calls attention to the website and the negative information.
