Sounds very reasonable depending upon the options and how the PPI comes out. Have you been shopping around?

Greg, Thanks for the input, I have been casually shopping. I ran into an acquaintence that is selling soon. Options PSm full leather, upgraded stereo. All stock well cared for. It is a good price for the condition.

Tell your friend I hate him... I would jump all over that. I am starting to look for the same car and have put a 40k budget. I might wait till next spring to see if prices come down on the audi a5/s5 though.

NS I have seen 2 '02 C4S's with under 40K mi in the past month for Black $40K and Silver $42K. You'll find one you have to act fast though.
Good luck

37 is not bad considering the miles... I would expect this to be a very loaded car in perfect condition or I would think more like 33-35 at this point on a regular C4.

Yeah I'm waiting for one to pop up locally but if nothing does I might open up to search around. I have seen a couple around the country. I'm still a few months away from a purchase since I just moved and I'm trying to settle in first. I think for 40k I should have no trouble finding one now. I'm just picky like most of you all are
