Thanks for the info!
I used to drive a boxster S. Whenever I took the boxster in for service I see this beauty sitting (I later found out that this was the show car for the dealers in HK). One day I asked for her hand and the price the quoted me was not too bad.
So I said goodbye to my boxster and took her home...

Actually I was thinking of Bridgestones (S-02 or S-03). I heard that the Michelins are good too. But I will need to check the availability of that in HK. I am sure somewhere someone will have that in stock... for the right price.

vinnam,
u can run S-03 but the size is not perfect. plus u will have rubbing issue on the front since they only make 245 in stead of 235. rear will be 285/30-19. knowing that S-03 is very popular in Asia, might be a lot easy to get. also check out Conti V-max. a new good performer!

Thanks 20C4S... I just called my tyre shop. They dont normally stock the Michelins. But they will try to get me some quotes on them...
What about Yokohamas. I heard they will be doing a 19" performance tyre soon... again I am not sure whether they will have the right size.

Thanks guys.
It is a ***** to find 315/25/19 around here.
I manage to locate 1 set however the shipment wont be in til Oct.
Yes 19" in HK is indeed a gamble. That's why I am keeping my 18" just as spares.
