Rims are a must for summer for me. I am using the winter to look at every possible wheel option. I am still in the air on what color/finish I want. I have been debating between a color matched dish with a polished lip, black with a red pin stripe, or a nice set of silver/machined wheels. Lately I have been leaning towards a silver/machined wheel since there seems to be less and less people going this route, and more going for the darker look. I am really liking something in this style:

You are leaning in a good direction Mine has color matched center with polished lip I used to have a flat black center with red stripe, but it didn't look right in my NB (IMO). Maybe if I had smoked taillights and tinted windows...

i really want to give u the benefit of the doubt, but those rear wheels look suspiciously identical in size as the front wheels.

I guess i should of been more specific. they are not the exact wheels pulled off a wide body turbo. They are the turbo twist style for a NB.

Yea, First things first... WELCOME! ! !

your car looks awesome, have you been putting miles on it? I just happened over here and saw your posting. I spend more time at the "other site"

The Avatar is a GT3 with my son at the wheel !

I did pick up some GT3 seats for mine too though. (blacks seats in my savanah interior look pretty good) Also I am runnning a set of turbo twist 17" with Blizzaks for the winter. changed out my shifter to a 997 added spacers and I have a set of 3.6 cans in the shop getting the MKII Hack mod done right now.

Great to see you, we should have a beer some night after work ?

^^I have only put about 100 miles on my car since November. I just can't bring myself to driving it in thebad weather. Since I saw you last I have installed an intake and have an appointment to get my kenwood dvd player installed. I just moved my HVAC controls to the lower portion of the dash. I am going to get some 19's come spring/summer.

PM me about the beer.

I drove mine in the snow...these handle like a dream ! !
I know how hard it is to get out in the bad weather, but these cars love to drive and stretch thier legs.

(though many folks follow the same thinking and let them stit till the weather clears up...)
Well spring is coming, lets plan a get together and shoot the breeze for a while.. it would be fun.
