please help with pse install..

I will be installing pse on my 02' c2 without interior switch. I know you can mod to "wide open" ..anyone have instructions on how to do this? Will this cure the "quiet between 25 and 45 mph" problem? Thanks for any advice on how I should install!

with no vacuum it will be open
so if you just install the cans should be wide open by default.
unless there is a wider open that i dont know of.

That is what I thought, however, the shop foreman at my local dealer just told me they are shut by default from what he remembers...? No offense, but are you sure the valves are open (loud all the time) without being connected to any electronics or vacuum hoses? Have you heard them stuck in wide open and if so, is it too loud for daily driving?

next question...

i read the pse becomes louder the more you get on the gas (when installed to factory specs with the electronics and vacuum hose)

my question is, when installing the cans only with the valve wide open, will it be louder than a complete factory type install at idle, lower rpms, and lighter throttle?

I believe it will sound the same during idle, the only difference in sound is during 3-4k rpm. That is suppose to be when the electronics kicks in and close off the valves.
