flash rate was extremely fast. replaced flasher relay - all flashes normal.

some won't have hyperblinking issues but will have a non-working cruise control. resistors should be able to solve both issues.

I just bought a pair off ebay for my my99 C2 Cab.

Then I came across this on Amazon. Smoking.

Does this really work for hyper-flashing? Mine only does it once in a while but I'd like to cure it. Cruise works perfect.

Where is the relay that needs to be replaced located? Is it just unplug and plug in the new one?

Yes it solved the problem, the falsh is "normal". I tried a "LED" flasher from autozone first and it was no good. The hyperflash was even faster.
