Ok so i just got it in the mail today looks pretty good untill i look at the front under the porsche symble the little line where the air bag is supposed to come out in the case of an accident. Well it's not solid there is a slit in it i do see the airbag inside but i an affraid to put it in the car what do you guys think anyway to know if the airbag has been used or not thanks.... i have already contacted the ebay seller waiting to hear from him....

 

Yeah man, that's rough.. sorry to hear about your troubles. the problem with used airbags is that most places will not ship them *legally* since they are hazardous.. they can blow at anytime in transit.. here's a quick read.

but to answer your question about what I think, I wouldnt put that thing on my car.. sounds like its partially deployed already.. you want that thing to save your life- not take it! one small bump and BAM! sheit, even on installation, you need to be very carful handling the yellow harnesses.. and make sure the battery is disconnected.. again, good luck

 

might as well not have an airbag at all.... safety first.... always.

 

Well i just talked to the guy he is going to give me my money back after i made it very clear to him how harsh i would be with the negitive feedback so i will be sending it back to him asap.
